Yesterday was my last radiation treatment! Chemo was completed a couple of months ago. This year I was treated for breast, endometrial and skin cancers. I’m glad the most difficult part of my treatments are over. I’m still dealing with side effects (I can’t feel my toes, etc.) but I hope they will resolve soon. Thank you to everyone who has supported me during this time. I’m very lucky the breast cancer was found on my routine mammogram. If I didn’t have the breast cancer, I think the endometrial cancer would have been detected when it spread to other organs. I feel very lucky!

Tomorrow, Saturday November 16, I will be participating in the 15th Annual Holiday Art and Craft Sale at the LaGrua Center in Stonington CT. The Sale runs from 9:30-3:00. I will have eco printed cards, lanterns and small prints for sale. I will also have Thanksgiving and Christmas cards as well as Christmas ornaments and snowman lanterns. This is my first post this year because I have been undergoing 3 different and unrelated cancers. Tomorrow is my first show of the year and I’m very excited that I am feeling well enough to participate. I had some strawberries so I pinched off the stems, twisted the leafy part off and dried the leaves. I used a copper mordant to #ecoprint. I think they look like little wreaths. What do you think?
